One way of ‘feeling’ the office market is always to call office space brokers or to contact them via a query form / email. But perhaps the most important tip when it comes to finding the best office deal is to go and see the property! It is perhaps ridiculously obvious, but sometimes when businesses are located a long way from where they are looking for an office, they tend to limit their viewing time in order to get the search over with as soon as possible.
In other words, make sure you visit every office you are considering, if it sounds broadly suitable, do not write off an office before seeing it and always see at least a handful before making a decision.
