I2 Office’s Devonshire House newly opened office space development is now nine tenths occupied.

The serviced offices specialist achieved the impressive occupancy levels in Number 3 Devonshire Street development in central London’s Marylebone within only three months of opening.

News of soaring demand for its latest venture comes after it also recently confirmed that its £140 million Luminous House business centre is now 87 per cent full, thanks to take up from the likes of GM subsidiary Delphi.

Philip Grace, CEO of i2 Office, said: ‘The fact that we have rapidly achieved such high occupancy rates at both of our new centres in a difficult market is a testament to the quality of our product.

“We are delighted to see that demand for high-quality, Grade A serviced office space has not diminished, despite economic conditions. We look forward to further developments and extending our network across the UK.”

Earlier this month, i2 Office announced it has agreed a deal to manage 15,900 sq ft of office space at the 2West Regent Street development in Glasgow.
