Free London office space scheme extended

London office spaceOverseas businesses who are looking to set up premises in London can now take advantage of free serviced office space in the City’s Avanta business centre.

The offer comes as part of the groundbreaking Touchdown Office scheme which is intended to boost the capital’s economy and create more jobs by encouraging international companies to launch operations in London.

Before the scheme was extended to take in the new building, areas which were included in the project were Hammersmith and the prestigious surrounds of Hanover Square.

David Alberto, Avanta’s managing director, told Choregus: “We believe that Think London provides invaluable assistance to international businesses looking to establish a base in London and we support their activities wholeheartedly,”

He added: “We’ve been supporting this scheme for more than two years and already offer international businesses wishing to set up in London free serviced office space for up to 12 months at our centres in Hanover Square and Hammersmith.”

The extension of the project marks its second phase and was launched amid much fanfare by the Mayor of London Boris Johnson.
