According to Property Week, work on the £24 million project at 10 South Crescent is now finished some five years after planning permission was secured in October 2004.

All office space available in the development, the construction of which did not begin until March 2007, has been let to construction and property consultancy Gardiner &Theobald

The company is paying in the region of £55 per square foot in rent for the building - reflecting its prime central London location, just minutes from Oxford Street.

Design of the development, which also includes 32,000sq ft of retail space,
was undertaken by architects ColladoCollins and Watkins Gray International.

Tottenham Court Road is currently the scene of one of the capital’s most expansive developments in the shape of the £16 billion CrossRail scheme.

Once complete, the project will see trains run east from Maidenhead through central London to Shenfield in Essex and will incorporate links to Heathrow airport.
