Tishman Speyer’s UK managing director Mark Kingston is leaving the international commercial and office space company that owns landmark office space around the world.
Tishman Speyer own and run high end, internationally recognised office spaces including the Rockerfeller Centre and Chrysler Building in New York, and the Centrium and Aldgate Place office spaces in London.
Birmingham University Law School Graduate, Mark Kingston has worked with the senior management team of the American commercial and office space development company for more than 10 years but is moving on at the end of December to find new challenges.
In his time at Tishman Speyer, Mark Kingston has been responsible for a number of London’s major office space developments, among these have been Millbank Tower and City Point, which sold for more than £650m.
An internal note sent to Tishman Speyer staff earlier today read “Following ten years as a valued part of Tishman Speyer’s senior management team in Europe, Mark Kingston has decided to leave the firm at the end of this month to pursue other business opportunities. Mark joined us initially as European General Counsel in January 1999 and became the Head of our business in the UK in July 2005.Mark has been a trusted partner and has had a true impact on and played an integral part in the growth of our business. The decision to leave has been approached openly and he expects to share with us in due course his new business coordinates.
