Bristol Primary Care Trust become the latest tenants at new office space development, signing a 10 year lease for 77 West Street in Bedminster.
The new office space development will be the 3,695 square ft home of Bristol PCT’s latest drop-in clinic. The PCT will become the new neighbours of Invitation Media. The local publishing company occupy the first and second floors of the office space development, which totals more than five thousand square feet.
77 West Street is a top of the range office space development in Bedminster on the outskirts of Bristol. The office space has been desgined by the team behind Airpoint, the fastest selling development of 2006 in Bristol.
Alder King are the consultants sealing the deal on the office space for Bristol PCT, Jonathan Rodaway, senior surveyor for the company said: “We are delighted to have secured such a well known tenant, who will provide a new, essential service for West Street.”
The office space development is more than 90 percent let now, with just the top floor still available. The top floor is billed as the feature floor of the development, as well as the 1,000 square ft office space it has a private roof terrace.
Francis Firmstone from Firmac Developments said “We have recently undertaken extensive development of the West Street area, to provide new homes, retail and office space. The office development was in direct response to local demand from companies wanting to base their offices in Bedminster. We are so pleased that the development has been so successful and is already 90 per cent let.”
