State of the art office space opens in country manor

offices03aSet in the heart of a Shropshire country estate, the Brynkinalt Business Centre is a modern office space with a difference that shows how an ancestral home can become a state of the art business development with style.

The impressive new centre situated on the Shropshire-Wales border provides grade A office space for small to medium sized business. Ranging from 300 square foot to 5,500 Square foot the office space at Brynkinalt totals 14,500 sqaure feet and is set in the orginal laundry, saw mill and dairy of Brynikalt Hall.

The Brynkinalt Esatate is managed by the Honourable Iain Robert Hill-Trevor, who can trace his ancestors back to the site as far as 924. The Trevor family made the decision to refocus the site as office space in response to the changing role of country estates around the UK, and to ensure Brynkinalt retains a viable place in the nation’s heritage.

They hope the state of the art office space will attract a range of businesses and enable local people to work closer to home without the need to drive into town.

The Honourable Iain Hill-Trevor said: “Our aim was to provide a creative, inspiring and impressive environment in which to do business. The ethos of the centre is very much community focused and our onsite management team provide occupiers with an ‘office concierge’ service.”

Occupiers of the Brynkinalt office space will also benefit from the use of the estate’s historic gardens and free parking.
