Jones Lang LaSalle, CB Richard Ellis and Atisreal are to sign contracts to advise IBM on their European, Middle East and Africa transaction management.
The computer giant want to rationalise and extract value from their 20 million square foot European office space portfolio.
In the UK alone, IBM has office space on London’s South Bank and 26 other prime office locations.
This is reportedly the first time IBM has had a formal agreement across it’s EMEA office space estate although Atisreal has advised the firm in the past, as has CBRE in Europe.
Jones Lang LaSalle has also been picked by business software company, SAP for its European, Middle East and Africa transaction management.
SAP has an EMEA portfolio totalling between 2 and 3 million square feet with a head office in Germany. In the UK the company has office space at Stockley Park in London.
