Chartered Land are to let 150,000 square feet of their 2 Grand Canal Square office space development to BCM Hanby Wallace.
The law firm is scheduled to move in by early 2010 after signing the deal with with Chartered Land yesterday.
Designed by architect Daniel Libeskind, the 380,00 square foot scheme comprises of three office buildings.
2 Grand Canal Square is just one of many office space development projects underway in the area. There is also a 30,000 square feet of offfice space being built on Clarendon Row, due for completion in December.
Dominic Deeny, Chief executive at Chartered Land said: ‘The move reinforces the emergence of Grand Canal Square as one of Dublin’s most exciting and dynamic new business districts.’
