Continuing their significant growth in the office space sector, Jones Lang LaSalle Scotland’s property management team have secured three major new contracts in Edinburgh.
They will be providing both property management and design consultancy services for Kilmartin and IVG’s The Cube, an office space and retail scheme in Leith Street.
The company, one of the few in Scotland providing a one-stop shop for project support, has also secured a contract with Scottish Widows Investment Partnership for the Exchange Place office space project in Semple Street
The final contract in the trio of wins for Jone Lang LaSalle is for Tiger Development’s The Haymarket at the former Morrison Street Goods Yard site.
David Pestell, director of Jones Lang LaSalle, said: “We are experiencing major growth in this area with an increasing number of developers requiring our expertise prior to the cutting of the first sod and construction right through to property management once a building has been completed.
This includes reviewing project specification and drawings and preparing a project timeline before work starts, to arranging health and safety audits and a servicing plan.
Once work has finished on a building, we can oversee the fit-out, instruct the necessary statutory audits and prepare the building for letting.”
