Terms are agreed for TAQA Bratani’s lease of the Knight Property Group’s premier office space, one of seven pavilions at the £45 million WestPoint development in Aberdeen’s Arnhall Business Park.
TAQA Bratani Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi National Energy Company, with investments totalling more than £10 billion across the global energy market.
The energy giant has taken out a 10 year office space lease for Pavilion One at the recently launched 6.75 acre development.
Managing Director, Leo Koot said: “We look forward to moving into our new UK office at Arnhall Business Park. From here TAQA Bratani look forward to expanding the company with increased personnel that will enable us to realise long-term, strategic growth. The property deal that we have made with Knight Property Group reflects our long-term commitment to both Aberdeen and the UK.”
Pavilion One is a 43,142 square foot speculative build spanning four floors of high-specification office space.
