Clydesdale Bank has confirmed that it will take 15,630 sq ft of office space at 33 Gracechurch St, Stockland’s office scheme in the City.
The bank has taken the offices on a 10 year lease from property group Stockland who own the five-storey, 100,000 sq ft office block.
Speaking about the letting in the Estates Gazette, Ken Lindsay, managing director of Stockland’s UK division, said: “This significant letting confirms that we have successfully created contemporary grade A space in a prime location, and the level of interest in the site is very encouraging.”
