Following the success of Phases I and II of Longbow Professional Centre office developments, work has now begun on Phase III.
Morris Property’s Longbow Professional Centre in Shrewsbury has proved especially popular within the medical sector.
Brian Taylor, Chairman of Telford and Wrekin Primary Care Trust, said: “We were impressed by the facilities available at Longbow and the flexibility it would offer us.
“The majority of staff will also use laptops so the office space has been designed around the concept of ‘hot desking’ not only meeting the Trust’s ‘green’ aspirations, but maximising resources for patient care.” Taylor continued.
Liz Lowe, Company Surveyor for Morris Property commented: “The Longbow development has evolved considerably and we are pleased so many companies with similar interests, particularly within the medical sector, have decided to locate here.”
Phase III of the development will provide an additional 1,690 sq ft of office space to the development and is set for completion by September 2008. The site is two miles from the town centre and has good links to Shrewsbury bypass.
