Soap and detergents company PZ Cussons have secured the lease of a 40,000 sq ft office space in Goodman’s Manchester Business park, in Manchester’s biggest letting this year.
This letting will see the brand behind Imperial Leather and Morning Fresh move from their current office space at Cheadle Heath in Stockport to the Manchester scheme.
Planning permission has already been approved for the office building and construction is mooted to begin as early as next week according to Estates Gazette.
The super office space will be located adjacent to the Regus serviced office building at the entrance of the business park.
The financial terms of the deal are unknown as yet, though the going rate for in the area is known to be £20 per sq ft.
