Financial services and insurance brokerage company Alan Boswell Group want to create office space for 50 staff at Norwich’s historic Prince of Wales Road.
Having outgrown their current head office in Thorpe Road, the Alan Boswell Group has chosen this office site despite its current state of dilapidation.
The decision to revive this historic building for office space was a business rather than philanthropic one according to key figures in the group.
“The complete building, including a three-storey extension, is big enough to give us plenty of room to expand - and moving some staff down from Harbour House will free up space there, too.” Says managing director Alan Boswell.
This new office acquisition will bring to four the number of office buildings held by the group.
