Cabot Circus has reached over 90% capacity with the announcement that eleven more retailers have secured lettings.
Cabot Circus will incorporate shopping and entertainment areas with housing, office spaces and a hotel. The supply of over 161,500 sq ft of office space will be welcomed by the city with the highest GDP growth outside London and a thriving provincial office market employing 230,000 people.
Keith Stone, Bristol Alliance Leasing Director, commented: “We are already over the 90% let by floorspace milestone, and anticipate that the scheme will be at least 95% let by the time of its opening.”
The 1.5 million sq ft mixed-use retail and leisure destination is set to open in Bristol city centre this September backed by the Bristol Alliance partners Land Securities and Hammerson.
