Welsh property developers PMG Estates plan to create 91,000 sq ft of prime office space in the Trident Trade Park. These office spaces are set to be powered and heated by an on-site energy facility making Trident the first fully sustainable business park in Wales.
The 50 acre Trident Trade Park located in Cardiff Bay was bought by PMG Estates partners Paul Guy and Michael Hall in March 2006. PMG Estates are in the process of redeveloping this park at present.
Trident Trade Park is set to become the biggest industrial and office space development in Wales, offering up to 1m sq ft of capacity, according to the Western Mail.
