Huddersfield to get office space facelift

big-building

Huddersfield, the largest and possibly most overlooked town in Europe, is set to receive the grade A office spaces it has been lacking for so long.

The project known as Waterfront Quarter has been appointed to property developers Strategic Sites in partnership with Sellers Engineers and RCD and will be situated on the edge of town on a six acre site.

The mixed-use project will incorporate 100 apartments and 120,000 sq ft of grade A office space as well as industrial and leisure spaces.

“We are confident that the mix of commercial, residential and leisure uses at the Waterfront Quarter will offer an exciting alternative to the likes of Leeds and Manchester. It will really put Huddersfield on the map.” Said Paul Barber, Managing Director of Strategic Sites.
