St Edward Homes, a joint project of PRUPIM and The Berkeley Group, has been given a long-awaited green light from Reading Borough council to build GreenPark Village.
As sustainable community in south west Reading, GreenPark Village, will bring 700 energy efficient houses and apartments as well as 16,000 sq m of offices and a village square to the area. The new community will be situated to the west of GreenPark business park, close to junction 11 of M4.
It is thought that the influx of new homeowners will bring much-needed staff and occupiers to the business park and open the door to further office space developments, according to PRUPIM director Tim Davis.
