- Centre Description
- This brand new purpose built business centre, offers superb office space for immediate occupation. The building is fully secured and has gates surrounding it. Each office is self contained measuring 500 sqft (6 to 8 workstations) and includes WC and kitchenette facilities. There are 4 offices per floor which can be interconnected if required. All offices have air conditioning, cat 2 lighting, internet access, entry phone system and carpet through out. Tenants have the option of moving in with or without furniture. These office are available on a minimum 3month contract at flexible terms. The offices are let on a licence basis. The licence fee is £1000 per office per month. At the start of occupancy we require one month\'s fee (£1000) plus a two month\'s fee refundable deposit (£2000).
