- The building offers 12 offices in total all accessed off the main reception area. All are decorated to a high standard and range in size from 100 to 350 square feet allowing varying numbers of workstations within each office. The centre has a shared kitchen facilities including refrigerator, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities and most are served by daily visits from fresh food / sandwich sellers.

- The centre is situated right in the town centre of Spalding with its own private car park. Spalding is 20 miles north of Peterborough, 20 miles east of Grantham and 15 miles south of Boston. The centre is also within very easy access of the railway station.
