- Opened in 2004, Gosport Business Centre is modern and contemporary, offering high quality office and workshop space in our cutting edge, innovative and prestigious centre. Gosport Business Centre is not run like an ordinary centre. We aim to build a small to medium size business community that adds value to the area that we are in rather than simply locate small businesses under one roof. The centre provides a wide range of flexible business accommodation, ranging from one to two-person units, through to larger spaces that are available individually or as suites.

- The centre is prominently located on the A32 Fareham Road, between Gosport and Fareham, with easy access to both towns, as well as J11 of the M27. The Gosport ferry provides a link to Portsmouth, where the dockyard is home to the Mary Rose and HMS Victory. Nearby Gunwharf Quays houses the impressive Spinnaker Tower as well as some fantastic outlet shopping. The centre is situated on the main bus route from both Gosport and Fareham.
