- The Centre itself uses a CO2 free, low energy passive ventilated air handling system that breathes fresh air into the building whilst extracting warm air out of the offices during the summer and recycles it back in to the offices during the winter. Together with motion sensitive lights and water reduction devices throughout, this makes our centre one of very few serviced office centres that offers an environmentally friendly, cost effective place of work. All offices benefit from individually controlled central heating, tinted double-glazing, carpeting and floor boxes pre installed with power and CAT 5e voice and data points. The fixed monthly rental includes office accommodation, furnishings, business rates, heating, lighting, 24-hour access, fire, intruder & CCTV systems, secure car parking, daily cleaning, on-site maintenance, building insurance, use of communal areas, DDA lifts to first and second floors, window cleaning, gardening & landscaping, refuse clearing, general signage, and health & safety management. In addition to this, clients will receive full use of our reception services where professionally trained staff will answer telephone calls in your company name and greet visitors before announcing their arrival.
