- Opened in 1992, this medicentre was the first of its kind in the United Kingdom to offer and attractive environment for new and developing medical and pharmaceutical based enterprises. - The centre is located on the University Hospital of Wales campus which extends across 53 acres and provides a working base for over 4,000 people.
