- Opened in 1988, this centre provides quality services accommodation for new technology and science-based businesses. The centre benefits from secure onsite parking; a prestigious city centre location; close links with Cardiff University; focused business support package; highly secure electronic gate access and CCTV; meeting facilities with high spec presentation equipment; disabled access and lift; and membership of UKSPA.
