A major serviced office space development in York from Prospect Business Centres is to set to open next month, with leases suitable for a range of tenants.
The Apollo House scheme at Heworth Green in the centre of York will be the first-ever in the city and has been touted as having the potential to “transform the scope of businesses seeking to expand as well as new start-ups”.
Leases are flexible, but must be for a minimum of six months, with companies of all sizes catered for from two-man firms to those in need of up to 200 workstations.
Charlie Cudworth, commercial director at Prospect Business Centres, said: “We are delighted to offer the first serviced office space in York.
“It is a great business location and as many companies will be looking to adapt in the current market we felt this was the right time to launch a Prospect Business Centre in York.”
Tenants of the new development will benefit from meeting rooms, kitchens as well as support services.
